അടയ്ക്ക കൃഷി ചെയ്യുകയും വിൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത് അനുവദനീയമാണോ?

## Answer / Fatwa Ruling

അടയ്ക്ക കൃഷി ചെയ്യുകയും വിൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത് അനുവദനീയമാണ്
 والله اعلم بالصواب

والحاصل ان جواز البيع يدور مع حل الانتفاع به مجتبي،
  رد المحتار ٥/٦٩
وفي الاشباه في قاعدة "الاصل في الاشياء الاباحة" ويظهر اثر هذا الاختلاف في المسكوت عنه ويتخرج عليها ما اشكل حاله فمنها الحيوان المشكل امره والنبات المجهول سميته
